Program Description
We operate two separate SMS programs. You may opt in to one or both:
- Tour & Campaign Updates (bulk): Announcements about Reading Room tour dates, venue locations, and fundraising campaigns.
- Booking Confirmations (informational): Transactional messages including booking confirmations and visit reminders.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary. For Tour & Campaign Updates, you may receive up to 4 messages per month. Booking Confirmations are sent only in connection with a specific reservation.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging and data plan.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from that program. After you send "STOP" we will confirm your unsubscribe request and you will no longer receive messages from that program.
